    • What are your trading hours?

      Our offices are open from 9.00am till 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. We remain closed on public bank holidays, and our Christmas trading times are published on our website two weeks prior to this period.
      You can of course continue to place your orders via our website out of hours, and we will process them accordingly once the office reopens.

    • How do I contact you?

    • Can I view an item before ordering?

      With clothing sometimes looking online or through a catalogue just isn’t enough to get a good idea of which item to choose. We have a completely stocked showroom at our Wolverhampton headquarters where you can visit to look at the garments. Please contact us in advance to make an appointment to visit.

    • What's the cut off time for next day before noon delivery?

      We accept orders until 5pm for dispatch that day. We purposefully maintain this cut off time to allow us to prepare your order the highest standard. Each order is thoroughly checked for accuracy to ensure we deliver the best service in the industry.

    • How can I place an order?

      Orders can be placed by telephone, email, online or in person. By placing orders online though is the best method as you can ensure that the correct items are ordered without any errors.

    • How can I amend or cancel my order?

      If you change your mind or need to cancel an order, contact our team by telephone immediately on 0800 408 5511. We will endeavour to adjust your order accordingly. If the goods have already been prepared for dispatch, we may not be able to though.

    • Can I order without an account?

      We are a business to business wholesaler selling only to garment decorators or resellers. Therefore, we can only supply to customers who are registered with us. Once registered you can place orders on a proforma (pay as you go) basis or apply for a credit account.

    • What is your minimum order?

      There are no minimum orders at Absolute Apparel, and all our products are priced at the lowest manufacturer recommended selling price. Carriage will have to be charged on the goods below a certain value to keep our prices competitive.
      If you have a larger order, it may qualify for better pricing. Please call us on 0800 408 5511 to discuss.

    • Where can I find product information?

      We have tried to incorporate as much information about each product as possible on the website. If you are registered as a customer you can also access our images and data drop box. For any other information please contact our team on 0800 408 5511

    • I have a larger order to place, can I get a better price?

      If you have a large order to place, you may be able to receive a better price. Depending on supplier promotions or current inventory on hand we may be able to offer further incentives on a spot basis. Please call our sales team on 0800 408 5511 to enquire.

    • Do you price match?

      We never want to lose out on an order, so if you are getting a better deal from elsewhere let us know. Just show us that the goods are on offer for a lower price and available somewhere else and we will try our best to meet or beat the offer.

    • Do you carry backorders?

      You can place any out of stock items on backorder with us, once we have them available, we will send them out to you. We will contact you to check the goods are still required beforehand in case you have changed your mind.

    • What payment methods do you accept?

      We accept all major debit & credit cards or alternatively we offer 30-day credit accounts (subject to status).

    • Do you charge single, pack and carton prices?

      We operate a lowest price policy where singles and pack prices are a thing of the past. All our garments are at the lowest manufacturer recommended price – which is the carton price. However, we have no minimums to achieve this, so you can order one piece and it will be at carton price.

    • Can I collect from your warehouse?

      Collection is possible from our warehouse. We advise that you allow at least one hour from order placement for collection. Absolute Apparel is a secure site and not suitable for pedestrians wishing to collect orders.

    • Do you operate on a cash and carry basis?

      To keep our prices competitive, and our service levels as high as possible we can only accept cash and carry customers with a £100 minimum spend. Please allow for at least a one hour for us to prepare your order for collection.

    • What is your returns policy?

      Operating on a wholesale basis, all sales are final. Sale or return is not possible, and decorated goods cannot be returned at all. A return can only be made if preauthorised by us and will attract a restocking fee. Please do not send any goods back without a return’s authorisation from us, as the goods will not be accepted back and may be disposed of alternatively.     • Shrinkage & colour variations?

      Because of the varied methods of cleaning and laundering various garments, we cannot guarantee our fabrics against shrinkage. We use every method to hold shrinkage to a minimum. Therefore, we cannot accept responsibility for the products after dyeing or cleaning. We also cannot guarantee that the colours of the garments will be identical each time and/or batch. Due to manufacturing process there is always a colour variation with each batch of merchandise.

    • What are to fit measurements?

      All measurements quoted are the approximate size a garment is intended to fit. It is not the actual measurement. As fittings are quite subjective it is advised this is carefully checked prior to bulk purchase, as it is not possible to return goods once they have been decorated.

    • What are the benefits of ordering online from you?

      Here you can order in real time seeing all the availability of our products, your specific prices and carriage details.
      Input your own order to avoid mistakes, and view your customer dashboard to review order history, tracking and payments.

    • Security precautions

      Security begins with the user. DO NOT share your Username or Password with anyone. Only authorised employees should use the registration links. Sharing your access with anyone other than your employees may compromise your private account information.

    • Is there a charge for using certain methods of payment?

      There are no charges for making payments with UK debit/credit cards on personal accounts. However, we may apply surcharge to corporate card payments so as to bring you the lowest prices.

    • When do you take payment for an order?

      For non-account customers we would need to take payment before we begin to process your order.

    • Why won't my debit payment go through?

      Please check that all your card details have been entered correctly and that you’ve used the correct billing address. If you’re placing a high value order you may need to contact your bank.

    • Why have I received an email to say you're awaiting payment?

      This means that unfortunately your initial payment was unsuccessful and that you are required to login to your account to complete payment for your order.

    • If I've cancelled my order how long will the refund take?

      Please allow up to 48 hours for your payment to be refunded (excludes weekends and bank holidays).

    • How will I receive my order?

      Our deliveries are the fastest in the business! The standard service is with DPD, on a Before Noon Next Day to the UK Mainland, please enquire about Highlands, Islands and Eire.
      Larger orders will be sent by dedicated vehicle or pallet shipment to avoid become split up. Unfortunately, these cannot be guaranteed for a pre noon delivery.
      For smaller orders we offer a Royal Mail 24/48 Business Post - This is an untracked service and not guaranteed.

    • Can I collect from your warehouse?

    • Where is my order?

      If your order has been dispatched by DPD, you can track it from our website once logged on. Unfortunately, orders sent by royal mail cannot be tracked.

    • What do I do if there's items missing from my delivery?

      In the unlikely event that there are items missing from your delivery contact us within 48 hours to resolve any issues.

    • I have missed my delivery, what shall I do?

      If you’re not in when your order is delivered, please visit the courier’s website with your consignment number to rearrange delivery. If you do not have a consignment number, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

    • How do I search for products?

      You can select one of the top tabs to find products by Brand, Category, Gender, Colour Group or Outlet.
      If you know the style code already you can enter this into the search bar, don’t be shy if the code you know isn’t ours – those will work here too! Even if you don’t know the code, type in what you are looking for and the search will bring back anything close to it.

    • VAT inclusive & exclusive price display

      You can choose to view product pricing either way to suit you, just turn the VAT toggle on or off.

    • Even more refined searching

      As you home in on the products you are after we now have a handy product refiner on the left column that lets you look for items pretty much any way you want to.

    • Product data downloads

      Data sheets can be downloaded for nearly every product on the website as PDFs, giving you the key information in an easy to save format.

    • Multiple product images

      Images for every product are shown, where possible in every colour and from various angles. Double click to expand, right click to copy or save.

    • The order matrix

      Shows our live stock, your specific pricing and our vendor stock where possible.

    • Product specifications

      Here you can see very detailed product information including accreditations, wash care, labelling etc. This is the most in-depth detail available in the industry today.

    • Colours

      You can view detailed information on the colour shades, conveniently displayed as Pantones, RGB, CMYK and HEX.

    • Related & similar styles

      Related Styles show you any product within the same family, where different gender, neckline or sleeve variants are on offer. Similar Styles will show you equivalent styles from our other brands.

    • Recently purchased products

      If your regularly buy the same product, scroll down to the bottom of the first page once logged on, and your most recently bought items will be waiting for you to pick again.

    • View your live orders and invoices

      Your Dashboard shows you all your invoices which can be downloaded, and also your orders with their current status.

    • Your statement

      The Dashboard has your statement available to view or download. Payments can also be made against the statement.

    • Secure settings & preferences

      The website is extremely secure as we understand your privacy and safety are paramount. As payments, shipping addresses, statements and orders can be managed here – no one can log onto your account without you knowing. Security measures are in place that only allow you to log on with a passcode being sent to your mobile.
