Returns Information

We are sure that you will be pleased with your purchase from Absolute Apparel. However, should you need to return an item to us for any reason, here’s what you need to do.

Changed Your Mind

If you have changed your mind and no longer need the goods, we may be able to take the goods back. We will have to charge a restocking fee, and the items cannot have been ordered more than a month ago. Please make sure the items were supplied by us as we will need the invoice number for the goods to process the return.

Faulty Goods

If the goods are faulty please ask for a returns authorisation so we can replace or credit the goods. You should check the items before decorating or processing them please, because we can only return the order if it is unprocessed. Also you should advise us within a month of receiving the order.

Wrong Goods Delivered

We make less mistakes than anyone else in the business, but we sometimes get it wrong too. Let us know straight away and we will rectify the problem as quickly as possible. You should check the goods before processing them though, as we wont be able to return them otherwise.
