Absolute Apparel Ltd Limited is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chain or in any part of our business. This statement is made pursuant to Section 54, Part 6 of the modern slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps we have taken to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of our business or our supply chains.

Organisation structure

Absolute Apparel Ltd is a UK based business to business wholesaler of promotional, leisure and corporate clothing. We supply goods on a wholesale basis via our website and through direct contact with our client base.

Our supply chain

Our supply chain primarily involves the purchase of goods for sale from various global manufacturers on either a distribution basis or under our own private labels.

Our policies on slavery and human trafficking

We act ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships and are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our supply chains.

We endeavour to:

  • Identify and assess potential risk areas in our supply chains
  • Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our supply chains
  • Monitor potential risk areas in our supply chains
  • Protect whistle blowers
  • Remove non-compliant vendors from our supply chains
  • We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking

Additional steps

We remain committed to further developing our compliance programme to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains and ensure that our employees and suppliers are fully involved in the compliance programme.
